SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed, packed for delivery and then shipped via our delivery partners. Many factors can effect the timescale, however 24/48 hours is usual.

Orders below £30.00 including VAT are subject to a small order charge, currently this is £1.50

The value of these may change, if there is a need to reduce or increase these amounts it will be communicated with as much prior notice as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Should you not be happy with a product supplied, please in the first instance make contact.

At this stage a resolution can be agreed, whether that is a refund, a replacement or an alternative product.

However should a product be misused or not used in the right application then reluctantly a full refund may not be given.
